You have to replaces many system files so if you modified NVIDIA drivers for 5xx support you will have to replace the files again. Also sound doesn't work as AppleHDA is replaced, so you have to backup your old one in case the 10.6.2 you get from multibeast doesn't work for you, for example if you need DTS/DD passthrough.

Working on my Gigabyte G41M-Combo + GT210 + Audigy 1. Install and reboot, no issues. Bluetooth with my old MSI dongle works.

Solve for VoodooHDA Kernel Panic

- boot with -x to avoid KP from VoodooHDA
- delete System/Library/Extensions/AppleHDA.kext
- Fix permissions and cache (with Kext Wizzard for example)
- Cross fingers and reboot.

Launch without KP on Dell 1558 with Lion 10.7.1

No problems on Z68X-UD7-B3 (F7/DSDT).
Just HDA rollback and ATI5000Control.kext patch (replace "Langur" with "Vervet") for non-reference HD5770 required.

Had trouble with voodoo hda 2.56. Installed 2.21 now working ok with via vt1828s audio codec. No more kp.
