I give you a run down of what I'm doing, also to keep track of it myself.
I installed the patch - nothing happened.

Then I noticed that I have the PCIRootUID thing in another .plist file (org.chameleon.Boot.plist); before I changed it in "smbios.plist"

Now the second monitor works!
iCloud (syncing to my iPhone) with Calendar and Contacts both directions work, Fotostream works (both directions). I do not dare to try to sign off and on again to iCloud. Now I'm signed on.
App Store does not work.
Adding PCIRoot... to org.chameleon... killed the second monitor again.
App Store still does not work.
Removing Ethernet and Firewire Network devices got me a kernel panic right after boot prompt. Rebooting works (strangely that seems to happen more than once: first a kernel panic, then reboot and no problems).
Adding ethernet doesn't change anything.
Now I'm adding PCIRootUID to the smbios.plist file as well. Reboot - kernel panic.
Reboot - no kernel panic.
App store still does not work.
Removing PCIRootUID from both .plist files, reboot. No kernel panic, second monitor is back. iCloud seems to work still.

Well, conclusion: App Store does not work in any way I tried - doesn't matter if one or two monitors work, but I have both monitors and iCloud still works. At least I already bought Final Cut Pro X...
So I'm almost happy - thanks satch!

No problem
haha glad you fixed the dual monitors issue. It was the boot.plist I meant. I couldnt remember what the full name was so I just said .plist assuming it was the only one lol.

We'll get the app store working no matter what.
If in the networks page where you deleted the network connections theres a '0' in one of the names try renaming it without. I think its called something like 'ent 0' or something along those lines and restart, were getting close to how I figured it out, it usually happens by accident and boom its done.

Starting up again: Kernel panic.
Reboot - works.

Ethernet its called. "Ethernetanschluss (en0)"
Renamed it to "Ethernetanschluss" in System preferences - no difference, App Store does not work.

Reboot - kernel panic.
Reboot - no kp.

App Store still does not work.

Here are my files:

org.chameleon.Boot.plist:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<!DOCTYPE plist PUBLIC "-//Apple//DTD PLIST 1.0//EN" "http://www.apple.com/DTDs/PropertyList-1.0.dtd">

and

The extensions folder looks fine. In a situation like this would usually mean id re-install Lion or which ever OS you have as its always usually easier having a fresh install if your getting panics every boot or so.

Thanks satch, but I'm not bothered enough by the issues to reinstall. That took me quite a few hours and I'm not about to reinstall apps etc.
