Low performance after installing MultiBeast

Hello, i have a problem with 10.11 El Capitan, when the installation ends.

when i finish the installation, everything ok, then run Geekbench, the score is correct, is this:

but after MultiBeast (Legacy support, FakeSMC, sound and ethernet kext for my moba, mac pro 3.1.)

Everything works perfectly without any problem, sounds, graphics, network ....

I pass Geekbench and performance becomes very slow, look:

Make sure you have CPU Powermanagement implemented. Do you have Generate C & P states in config.plist?
 
Change System Definition back to iMac11,3

In MultiBeast -> Customize -> System Definitions -> iMac 11,3

Mount EFI partition using Clover Configurator, Open you're config.plist with Clover Configurator and look at ACPI you will see Generate P and C States

Much better now, but the single-core score it remains lower than at the beginning, need change something more?
