Long Kernel panic in Mojave

I really can’t explain what going on here, but I’m trying to install Mojave 10.14.6 but I’m getting this odd kernel panic, what can I do?

That's not the kernel panic, all of the relevant information has scrolled off the top of the screen.
You should video the boot in verbose mode and extract the relevant frame(s) to post here.

Looks like it may be related to the file system but inconclusive.
zip and attach your EFI folder.

It's been a long time since I did any Legacy installations but these things are wrong :

Booting with nv_disable=1 will disable your graphics drivers.
Your processor does not have integrated graphics so FakeID 0x12345678 for IntelGFX is pretty pointless.
Likewise Inject Intel for graphics.

could it also be a corrupt usb?

I see nothing to suggest it.
not sure I just saw stuff to do with disk images in the error. so try boot with nv_disable=1?
