You should video the boot in verbose mode and extract the relevant frame(s) to post here.

not sure I just saw stuff to do with disk images in the error. so try boot with nv_disable=1?It's been a long time since I did any Legacy installations but these things are wrong :
Booting with nv_disable=1 will disable your graphics drivers.
Your processor does not have integrated graphics so FakeID 0x12345678 for IntelGFX is pretty pointless.
Likewise Inject Intel for graphics.

I see nothing to suggest it.
You are already booting with nv_disable=1, check your config.plist.so try boot with nv_disable=1?
