Logitech Control Center not finding devices?

i have the same problem it detects my mouse but wont detect my keyboard and it shows the keyboard in the unifying software as inactive first then it will switch to active but won't show in configure.. and i tried what the video said but after i rebooted my mouse ended not working till i restarted again and my mouse was working again!!! but keyboard works fine just wanted to switch short cuts
