Which benchmark tool is used for these? I'd be willing to test the GTX 650 for your chart.

Edit: GTX 650 can be added. I tested the 1GB variant; works very well.

I tested a GTX 650 2GB SC version, works great. (no VGA though, but I think that is universally gone)
GTX 660 2GB has VRAM corruption problems.

I can confirm the Nvidia GeForce GTX 680 2048MB reference card (non-Mac) works with Mojave too.

Gigabyte RX 570 4GB Gaming Edition works in Mojave with the "DeInit" checkbox ticked in Clover options. Reported accurately in About This Mac. In 10.12.6 it also works, but reported as RX xxx.

Can you share your settings in Multibeast or other files? Currently I got only a blank
screen.
