WOW!
You AppleHDA.kext is not edited for the 892 audio. Try this:
1. http://www.tonymacx86.com/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=42546.
2. Edit dsdt/HDEF/layout-id: 0x7C, 0x03, 0x00, 0x00
3. Fix permissions and cache
4. Restart and verify 892 on board
5. Make the same GTX 560 edits as before
6. Install 892/560 edited AppleHDA.kext
7. Fix permissions and cache
8. Restart and verify 892 on board and HDMI audio.

Note: it is possible on reboot (step 8) you may have a black screen caused by Nvidia HDMI audio and 10.7.2 and perhaps .3. Reboot with GraphicsEnabler=No flag and reinstall the 892 edited AppleHDA.kext.

Reply with IOReg.

Sweet!
Got to go to work :( :)
Testing tonight!
THAAAAAANNNNNKKKKKK you.

What?

-Added your 892
-Got audio inputs and outputs
-Changed DSDT___> HDEF to 0x7c, 0x03, 0x00, 0x00
-Have iohdacodecdevice in HDEF and HDAU.
-Tried both vendorIDs (at different times) as Codec device ids.
-No enablers
-No HDMI audio :(

Thanks again for the help

Regarding AppleHDA binary edits
"92 08 ec 10" address is already in AppleHDA binary
edit "14 00 de 10" to "16 00 de 10" is correct for GTX 560 in AppleHDA binary.
edit "de 10 ea 0b" to "de 10 0c 0e" is correct for GTX 560 in AppleHDAController binary.

What display is connected?
Suggest new 560 patches on a fresh 892 AppleHDA.

Display connected is a Panasonic 1080p HDTV.

-New 892.
-Changed binaries
"edit "14 00 de 10" to "16 00 de 10" is correct for GTX 560 in AppleHDA binary.
edit "de 10 ea 0b" to "de 10 0c 0e" is correct for GTX 560 in AppleHDAController binary."

-Installed with Kext Wizard Installation.
-Reboot.
-No HDMI Audio

Heres the IOReg, DSDT, & AppleHDA

No idea. What happens in Audio MIDI Setup/Audio Devices/HDMI/Configure Speakers?

Ok so...
Anything lower than 70hz is cutting off, and anything above 17khz is also gone.

Maybe you have some knowledge of this?
