So could you recommend any way to debug the lagging problem I am having right now? I suspect that it might due to graphics configuration.

I don't see an issue with your graphics configuration. Check system.log to see if there are any clues -- you will need more information on the nature of the lag. You could also do a fresh install to see if it something you did along the way...

Any ideas on the graphics lag? There is a momentary input lag for about 0.5 seconds upon the initial graphics lag, but after that anything I type will show up in a couple seconds. I know this because it will miss the first letter of a word, and the rest will instantly appear.

It appears that I am having the exact same problem of this guy's, but I don't quite understand how he actually solve it.

Download patchmatic: https://bitbucket.org/RehabMan/os-x-maciasl-patchmatic/downloads/RehabMan-patchmatic-2015-0107.zip
Extract the 'patchmatic' binary from the ZIP. Copy it to /usr/bin, such that you have the binary at /usr/bin/patchmatic.

In terminal,

rm -R ~/Downloads/RehabMan
mkdir ~/Downloads/RehabMan
cd ~/Downloads/RehabMan
patchmatic -extract

Post contents of Downloads/RehabMan directory (as ZIP).

I'm new to the scene and just wanted to ask a couple of questions to you before I buy.
How do you feel about the over all quality of your moded lenovo y50?

Mac OS X runs just like a Mac? Or is it just working? Any down falls you can think of? Was it worth it?

I'm sold my MacBook Pro and now I'm looking at my options and my friend mentioned doing it this way.
let me know what you think because I'm on the fence.
Also would this lenovo y50 work?

I installed 10.10.3 from App store and screen started to flicker and graphics on extended monitor are weird.
Did anybody come across this?

You might try disabling nvidia. Also try setting the screen resolution in config.plist (try various values). Also, does it happen after display sleep/wake?

The patch used by OatmealDome is somewhat unconventional (eg. cursor bytes 0mb is an unusual choice). You could experiment with different values.

I don't see anything wrong with QE/CI setup from ioreg.
