I've a similar laptop (320s 13 ikb) and I'm stuck in the same situation. Did it worked?

I'd have to check but I think I had to remove apples own I2C controller kext(s) from S/L/E also to get it working on my 320s as per my previous post.

Or at least to get the touchpad options displaying properly in system Prefs

Edit: Can confirm apples i2c kexts need to be removed from S/L/E on my 320s. Need to be deleted after every system update also.

So to clarify for 320s High Sierra

DSDT Windows & GPIO patches as per VoodooI2C instructions. Check compiles without errors in MaciASL.

Install VoodooI2C.kext and VoodooI2CHID.kext only to L/E

Delete all system I2C kexts from S/L/E

Rebuild caches.

No "Problem Reporting" files attached.
Read FAQ, "Problem Reporting" again. Carefully. Attach all requested files/output.

Use the gen_debug.sh tool mentioned in the FAQ, that way it is less likely you'll omit something.

Also, please fix your profile (missing screen resolution) as per FAQ.

@djfalco I have the same laptop. I have installed mac os high sierra successfully but intel HD 520 graphics not working. Almost I have give up. Could you please help me to enable HD 520 graphics?

Follow the Clover guide linked from the FAQ.
http://www.tonymacx86.com/el-capita...faq-read-first-laptop-frequent-questions.html

Although you should read the FAQ for an overview of issues, the Clover guide is linked from the first question: "Q. Where do I start?", just after the bold face "Clover Guide".
Here is a direct link, just to be clear:
https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-booting-the-os-x-installer-on-laptops-with-clover.148093/

Also, your profile must be filled out with complete details as requested in the FAQ, again under "Q. Where do I start?". All seven details requested are equally important.

And if you have an issue (after following the guide), or on any other problem, you must provide a detailed description of the problem including information that helps us understand what you're doing. Always attach "Problem Reporting" files as per FAQ.
http://www.tonymacx86.com/el-capita...faq-read-first-laptop-frequent-questions.html
The required files and data are fully detailed in the last question in the FAQ:
"Q. What are typical "Problem Reporting" files?"
