I am trying to install Montain lion or Mavericks. Mainly Mavericks.

So should I use these boot flags at once when I start installation? Or when it restarts to complete the installation.

Or both.

For ML or Mavericks, you should post in the respective forums instead of the Lion forum.

Sorry for that, in this conversation we last stopped on HD4000/HD3000 graphic support so i posted in same. Next time I will.

What did you mean by "or both." Was that for both the OS or for boot flag in both positions.

OK. I am trying fresh installation with this and let you know the results in new forum.

Thanks RehabMan the flag worked. It worked on:
System : Lenovo G500
CPU : 2020M, 2.4 ghz (Dual Core 3rd Gen)
Graphics : HD4000, 1366x768

But after Multibeast there is Boot0:error , I am trying to resolve it and post you the results.

BTW I think it is also a HD4000 graphics supportable CPU. On Intel's site it is specified with HDGraphics only but I think it is.

The 2020M is not HD4000. See: http://ark.intel.com/products/71142/Intel-Pentium-Processor-2020M-2M-Cache-2_40-GHz

There is no support for Ivy Intel HD Graphics that are in the Pentium 2020M.
