Laggy Internet

I'm new to this as you can tell by my countless posts, so sorry about that. I have a Sapphire Radeon HD5450 which I just managed to get it running (was only 3MB VRAM, now its back to 1024MB). The internet is very laggy. On safari it flashes and on Chrome it lags a lot. Any suggestions?

Do you have QE/CI working with your Radeon?

How would I know that? I installed the kexts and it has full resolution and everything is smooth it's just the broswers

Do you have a transparent menu bar? Reflections in the dock, animations, etc. You could also post your ioreg: http://www.tonymacx86.com/audio/58368-guide-how-make-copy-ioreg.html

I don't know too much about the discrete graphics stuff, but I can tell you whether the drivers are loaded via ioreg dump...

Then drivers for your graphics device are probably not loading. Post ioreg to confirm...

It looks like you have the ATI drivers loading (ATI5000Controller, ATY,Eulemur)...

I don't know much about the various discrete cards, so I don't know if the HD 5450 is a good choice or not...
