Lagging after upgrade to 10.11

5 Years hackintosh user, first time with that issue. After upgrading to 10.11 on my hackintosh I'm experiencing some lagging on photoshop, chrome, opening windows etc. Do this test: Have some tabs opened on Chrome and close each one. If they disappear slow, there is the lag. I didn't have it before.
On photoshop lagging too. I have GTX 960, nvidia web drivers, latest cuda installed, clover, i7 4790K, and SSD Evo 850. Maybe I should try a clean install? Maybe it's placebo? Anyone with that specs can confirm any lagging? I have two computers with the same specs and I'm having the same problem. Thank you

Are you still booting with nv_disable=1?

If not, can you check the Nvidia driver control panel and see whether you're using Web drivers or native drivers?

Make sure that you have nvda_drv=1 in your config.plist after you've installed Nvidia Web Drivers.

Yeah I'm booting with the Web driver enabled. I just switched cards, and added an old gtx 650 and the problem still exists on both computers.

Copy your config to the desktop then when you create a reply click on manage attachments and upload your config.plist.
 
The weird thing is, I've tried it with every combination of nvda_drv=1 and nv_disable=1 and I get the same results. Also, when I open Nvidia Driver Manager, the "NVIDIA Web Driver" is unchecked, if I click the lock and check it off and reboot it's back to being unchecked.

Also, when I boot, the loading screen gets about 25% and just stops. If I restart enough times it will magically boot back into El Capitan but there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to it.
