KP booting yosemite on P5Q E

Hello im really a noob , i have installed yosemite successfully with unibeast and multibeast, work with it without making any changes for a few days , today i wasn t able to boot properly, so , like a stupid, i boot with -x and deleted a kext like IOSfaamily or similar...... then reboot and wasnt able to do anything , no bootflags seem to work , and the KP is "unable to find driver for this platform ACPI ......kerne/IOPlatformExpert" , when i boot with-v it also says "cant load kext com.apple.driver.AppleACPIPlatform failed to load" and "couldnt alloc class "AppleACPIPlatformExpert.
Anyone has an idea? i ve read all the threads about it but coudn't find a solution for me
im using yosemite 10.10 on an Asus P5Q e , 8gb ram,nvidia geforce 9500 , intel quadcore

Easiest thing to do is boot the recovery icon. If that does not work, restore from backup, if that does not work, boot clone drive and clone back to working drive.
Final resort = re-install from scratch.
