Keyboard, touchpad and sound not working

So I have this early 2008 macbook that I plan on giving to my brother but it only supports lion and it's almost out of date. I tried to install el capitan but when I get to the GUI the keyboard, touchpad and sound don't work. Do any of you know what I could do to fix this besides plugging in external peripherals?

Calling Apple. There's a reason you can't install ElCap on 2008 device...

I am aware of the chances that it should be impossible. Though, there is a guy on YouTube who has done it with the same macbook I have. The keyboard, touchpad and sound all worked for him. I am going to try to install yosemite and see what happens.
