I'm having kernel panics while booting from USB with Clover for the first time.

This is the boot output:

It may look like a run-of-the-mill issue, but this whole process (let alone the particulars of this output) is new to me. Hope I can get some help. I've experimented with different boot options. As you can see from the screenshots provided, this is a safe boot.

The laptop this is running on is a Dell Inspiron 7577. A quick rundown of the parts:
  1. Dell 0P9G3M motherboard,
  2. Intel Core i5-7300HQ,
  3. 16G 2400MHz HyperX DDR4 KHX2400C14S4,
  4. NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 with Max-Q Design (Pascal),
  5. 1T HDD HGST HTS721010A9E630,
  6. 256G SSD PM961 NVMe SAMSUNG
The tutorial I have followed is the current generic "Installation Guide" one: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/...ierra-on-any-supported-intel-based-pc.235474/. The panics happen after step 4.4.

Thank you for any help.

Follow the Clover guide linked from the FAQ.
http://www.tonymacx86.com/el-capita...faq-read-first-laptop-frequent-questions.html

Although you should read the FAQ for an overview of issues, the Clover guide is linked from the first question: "Q. Where do I start?", just after the bold face "Clover Guide".
Here is a direct link, just to be clear:
https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-booting-the-os-x-installer-on-laptops-with-clover.148093/

Also, your profile must be filled out with complete details as requested in the FAQ, again under "Q. Where do I start?". All seven details requested are equally important.

And if you have an issue (after following the guide), or on any other problem, you must provide a detailed description of the problem including information that helps us understand what you're doing. Always attach "Problem Reporting" files as per FAQ.
http://www.tonymacx86.com/el-capita...faq-read-first-laptop-frequent-questions.html
The required files and data are fully detailed in the last question in the FAQ:
"Q. What are typical "Problem Reporting" files?"
