Kernel Panic/Over all system freeze

Hi guys,
Recently switched to iMac 20,1 SMBIOS from MacPro 7,1.
Everything was fine until last day i got random system freezes/unresponsiveness i was able to move my mouse the over all ui was frozen then i had a cernel panic first with "cloudd" mentioned and now even that i reverted back to the MacPro SMBIOS keep getting one i managed to copy out the last kernel panic:

Here's my config.plist for the MacPro and for the iMac its the same i just edited the USB kext 2 SMBIOS sections for the relevant.
Really not sure what went wrong first i thought iCloud upload is stuck in the backgroud because the cloudd process used loads of CPU and then the bird service i believe that's related to iCloud.
Tried reseting the NVRAM with no luck and then as i couldn't do my video editing work i reverted back to the MacPro and now it's the same random kernel panics. Could this be just Sonoma or the SMBIOS switching messed up something?

I forgot that you must do an NVRAM reset after switching SMBIOS reverted back to iMac20,1 as that' is the closest to my config and done before the boot from windows 11, done 2 NVRAM resets just in case. Let's it fixed it self by this...

Reverted back to the MacPro SMBIOS and done the NVRAM reset so far no kernel panics and system freeze up

Any suggestion?
