It may be, or it may be connected to the Intel chip. OEM choice.

With Optimus, it would typically be connected to Intel (NVidia Optimus routes through Intel).

You can tell in Windows (choose Properties on the display connected to the DP).
 
I have tried to patch dsdt for battery status, but I failed.
It's really hard for me.

There's an easier way?

There is likely an existing patch in my repo for your DSDT.

Yeah, one about another Lenovo.
But I have to replace completely the dsdt?

You patch your own native DSDT. Chances are one of the existing patches will work.
 
Hi, I have a HDMI to miniDP adapter.
When I link the monitor to my laptop, the system freeze.
What I have to modify to use the secondary monitor?
