Same result when I unplug my graphics card.

There must be some way to at least diagnose what the error/problem is, right?

same.... :(

By now I unplugged all unnecessary things. No card reader, no wlan, everything is out except the essentials.

In BIOS,
Disable EIST (Enhanced Intel Speedstep Technology)
Disable HT (Hyper Threading)
Disable VT-D
Enable USB Legacy Support
Set xHCI mode as AUTO
Enable the EHCI Hand-off
Disable Fast Boot
Set SATA Mode as AHCI

Is above settings are correct in your BIOS??

Please confirm whether you have an UEFI/Legacy Only BIOS.

Please ensure that your bootable media created through Unibeast/CLOVER method with a Yosemite installation package which is downloaded from App Store.

Ok some settings in the BIOS weren't correct.

Settings that I could find and changed:

Intel Adaptive Thermal Monitor --> Disabled
Limit CPUID Maximum --> Enabled (the item will allow legacy OS to boot even without support for CPUs with extended CPUID functions)
Intel Virtualization Technology --> Disabled
EIST --> Disabled

SATA --> AHCI (was already correct)
SMART is enabled -- should I disable it?

Legacy USB Support --> Enabled
Intel xHCI --> from Smart AUTO to AUTO
EHCI Hand-off --> Enabled

Fast Boot --> Dusabked

Launch CSM --> Enabled
Boot Device Control --> Legacy OPROM only (or should this be UEFI?)
Secure Boot -- OS Type --> Other OS (was Windows UEFI Mode)

What I didn't find:
VT-D
Hyperthreading (think my processor doesn't support that anyway)

So after changing all that, it reboots after some time. So clearly I changed something I shouldn't have?

So, more precisely:
It loads the Chimera
I choose the OSX installer
After a short flash of the apple logo, it reboots
then again tried some of the 'boot flags', but it still reboots.

So I also cannot really show you a screenshot of any clear error, because it's not giving me one...

No need to disable SMART

As your system supports UEFI, it is better to create UEFI bootable USB and try to install with that.
Below guide will help you to create the UEFI bootable USB,

What I didn't find:
VT-D
use can use the flag "dart=0" for disabling the VT-D

As from the image which is attached in post#15, i can understand that you are using some other package/bootable files for installation. As per my understanding, it is against this forum rules. You should have to make a bootable media through Unibeast(Chimera)/CLOVER/Chameleon with a Yosemite installation package which is downloaded from Appstore.

What do you mean exactly?
I followed the steps on this website. I'm not using any other package.

Oh, I see. Post 15 is another user.... that's not me.
