Is it possible to install El Capitan (AMD CPU)

Hey guys,

Im wondering is it possible install El capitan to my pc.
I did a quick search on forum couldnt find and thread about amd cpu.Also have HD 6970 graphics.I guess really hard setup for an OS X?
Pls help...
