Intermittent Kernel Panic during boot

It occurs maybe 1 out of every 5 boots and requires a hard shutdown. When i reboot, it almost always has no issue. I have had the same problem in 10.7.3 and 10.7.4. I've attached a shot of my kernel backtrace during the KP. It seems to be an issue with ioAudiofamily or voodoo? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Looks like the version of VoodooHDA that you installed is causing the problem. MultiBeast does have a clause that installing VoodooHDA can cause boot issues.
