<< Solved >> Intel HD4000 no acceleration (Catalina/Big Sur)

board have DVI and dual HDMI, 3rd physical connector - HDMI.
custom framebuffer entry for each connector type
I thought it was necessary if I have black screen on one of monitor, picture artefacts or someting else - i haven't it...
Both monitors are detected perfectly.
con0, con1 and con2 framebuffer options may be the cause of non-functioning hardware acceleration Intel HD?

DVI and Dual HDMI connectors. So all three connectors should be set as HDMI, as the guide I linked above says that DVI should be set as HDMI for framebuffer purposes. Yours are all shown as DP in Hackintool, so something must be amiss in your setup.

Just because the guide was written for a specific issue on Coffee Lake system, doesn't mean it can't be used to correct other issues for other Intel IGPUs. It just means it won't have to fix the black screen issue.

But it would in all probability fix non-functioning hardware acceleration, as you would not be solely reliant on WhateverGreen.kext to fix the issue.

The only thing I see as being an issue is EHCI Hand-off is set as Disabled, try changing it to Enabled
Fixed.

Unfortunately, no...
I added con patches to config, rebooted, launched Hackintool/select Apply Current Patches.
Now there is no conflict between the IOReg and Hackintool connector settings. With the exception of flag on Bus ID 0x05 (DVI) is 107, In contrast default (1st screen) is 11... with it's flag hackintool starts swapping ports.
I think it's cosmetics changed and don't affect the work mac os. WhateverGreen makes the necessary changes itself as evidenced by the IOReg data (HDMI <00080000> on all 3 x display connectors).
Intel HD acceleration still don't start, black dock freeze animation and etc...
Thanks for you time.

The Busid for the DVI connection may be set wrong.

Did you read and follow the framebuffer guide I linked when creating these entries for your IGPU?

I read the framebuffer guide, but I have not achieved any result.

Finally I solved the problem, the main reason is that I repaired motherboard one year ago (swap chipset) and not cleaned ME region, and my bios disabled the IME region by default to support old chipset. I payed atention that i haven't IMEI device in pci devices (gfxutil/DPCIManager) and also in IOReg.
I founded 2 solutions - re-modifi the BIOS to re-enable ME region or use kernel paatch to skip check Intel ME.
I choosed first:
1. got reserved copy BIOS (gigabyte Q-flash);
2. used ME Analyzer to knew frimware version Intel ME;
3. founded clean ME Region file 8.1.30.1350_1.5MB_PRD_RGN for me (many repos in google);
4. Just re-modified the BIOS file (use github | kolyandex | Intel-ME-region-injector) and replaced the ME region in reseerved copy BIOS with clean version ME Region, re-flashed the BIOS.

Entered to Big Sur, IMEI device pop-up in IORegistryExplorer and have FULL INTEL ACCELERATION!!! In hackitool Intel Generation from "???" become "Ivy Bridge". The load on the processor fell, the system began to work more responsively, boots 20 seconds faster.

Attached compare screens before and after, IOReg+EFI, IMEI patch GUIDE (for Big Sur need patch more kexts).
