For boot loops,

Put USB thumb drive in the slot.
At Restart, F12 into BIOS.
Boot from the USB's UEFI partition.
Clover starts.
Select: Boot macOS from SSD (or whatever you named it in disk utility).

Then mount the EFI partition and run MultiBeast again.
It writes files to the EFI that allow it to boot macOS.

'Boot loops' does sound like a projectile medical condition.
Feels like it too.
I hope you feel better soon.
And hydrate!
I got it to go to the apple logo but it doesnt appear to be progressing. Should I just wipe the drive and start again? I havent put anything on it yet

Yes, I would go from scratch.

I've reinstalled the OS a few times now. Still working on USB issues.
But my graphics work fine, with two monitors. No problems.

PS: my system definition is iMac 14,2.

This is what came up when I used Verbose
