Instant Kernel Panic Asus P8P67 post MultiBeast

Can anyone help me with getting my machine going.

I made a custom DSDT for my ASUS P8P67 as there wasn't one available, initial install worked fine apart from the sound. As soon as I go any near it with MultiBeast, I start getting instant kernel panics.

My machine is a Core i7, 4gb Ram and motherboard is as above, the sound chips are the 892. Have the most recent bios update.

Fire up your friend Multibeast and go to Drivers -> Miscellaneous and install NullCPUPowerManagement

Go with what samisnake says - use the patched BIOS instead of NullCPUPowerManagement
