Installer reboots at 13 minutes remaining

Still in Russian.. anyways, it says it's unable to contact recovery server. I am sure the pc is connected to the internet as you can see in the modem page

when you boot from the usb stick, choose reset nvram, this will reboot the machine and try again

Now it's in English but still it doesn't reach the server. I updated the modem page and -indeed- it the pc is not connected. I think it's a driver issue.. I have a realtek family controller nic and seemed to work well in Catalina with 8111 kext

EDIT: great, now I tried formatting again the drive and it's stuck on "waiting for partitions to activate"

yes, according to Asus website, you have a realtek lan and that is included in my efi on my guide so it should work
 
it may be a certificate issue

in recovery, open a terminal window and try something like:
date 1016200017

or try:
ntpdate -u time.apple.com

Also ifconfig doesn't inspire much confidence..
