still Cant use my SD card Reader. It Will have a way to work?

It is the SD card compatibile in this osx ver ? Or its a Sierra problem. Then If i need help i Will attachment files, but i dont know what depends :)

Very few card readers are compatible (especially if it is PCIe).
It really depends on the specifics. You didn't provide any files, so impossible to tell what kind of card reader you have, or how it is connected.

Your question is a bit like asking a mechanic: "I have a vehicle. It is broken. Can you fix it?"

Btw i have random reboots expecially when i use final cut pro. I dont know if this depend on the program or from my pc .. What do u think?

Its fine for the card. Its not supporter model but Atm in expecting those problems, Random reboots expecially when im using Final Cut Pro x.
I dont know what depends
