Install hanging. Unsure Why

[Success] GA Z97x-UD3H Yosemite Install

Replacing my 2007 iMac with a first time Hackintosh.

Been reading the forums looking for fixes for the last few hours.

System

MOBO GA Z97X-UD3H Rev. 1.0 Bios Version F7
CPU Intel i5 4670K
GPU GeForce 760 4GB (Not installed yet)
RAM Corsair Vengeance 2x4GB 1600MHz 9-9-9-24 1.50V
SSD 2x Samsung 840 EVO 120GB
HDD Seagate Barracuda 1TB
PSU Corsaur CS 650M
Corsair H75 Water cooler

Using Unibeast 5.0.2 then upgraded to 5.1.0
Multibeast (haven't got to use it yet) Yosemite Edition 7.1.1

I've pulled out 1 stick of RAM as advised, tried "-x GraphicsEnabler=No" and used the following BIOS settings.

This is as far as my install gets.

Got to install screen by using flags

-v -x PCIRootUID=1 npci=0x2000 -no-zp

to finalize and everything is going smoothly now. Even have my GeForce 760 in and running. Putting it in actually helped the boot up, no flags required once I had it in.
