iMessage/Facetime after install Sonoma

thanks to aka80,

with some files of the EFI from aka80 I got now working bluetooth at Sonoma. I checked that EFI and have seen some different to my used EFI. So I think when changing ACPI files SSDT-GPRW, SSDT-PMCR & SSDT-TPDO from our running Ventura you will get working FaceTime on Xiaomi Mi Notebook air 2018.

Hi, is there a list of which intel wificards works with imessage/facetime and Sonoma?
So my laptop HP 830 G5 (now set to smbios 15.2) works great with Apple/Sonoma. If connected with Ethernet imessage/facetime works to. So only problem with those exact services and the present Intel wificard 8265NGW.

Thank you, I found that my Intel 8265 wificard was on his list of compatible cards. So something else is wrong. A bit strange that Ethernet works with both services on same machine.
What do you mean with both services?

ok, chriss1111 solution would be working with imessage.

If you have installed and have working your wifi card, may be there is something wrong.

Take a look at: imessage

Open hackingtool and on the first window, under iMessage Keys, you must have 5 lines of numbers. Are there?

when I go to the iMessage and Facetime settings I see that the apps are in "connected" status but there is an icon that goes around in circles as if the connection was blocked.

Were you ever able to get Messages and Facetime working? I can not solve this issue.

Have searched this site and read through this guide as well with no luck.

My build:
Aorus Z490i Ultra
Intel i7-10700
Radeon RX 580 8 GB
iMac 20,1
Sonoma 14.2.1 (23C71)
OC 0.9.7

Any help very much appreciated!

@Filouman
  1. Which WiFi/BT card are you using?
  2. Which kexts are you using?
  3. If Broadcom WiFi/BT card, are you using OpenCore Legacy Patcher?
