It looks like an issue with VoodoHDA and IOaudioFamily, did you manage to get OSX installed before?

no never have...thats pretty much is as far as i get (the grey boot screen) what else can i do?

Well, I am no expert so I can't really see what the problem would be, I am more comfortable with booting from unibeast so Iboot is a different story for me. But I bet if you head on over to the Tony Mac chat, I bet they can fix it: http://www.tonymacx86.com/chat/
I actually had a problem with my hackintosh (on it right now) and they were able to help me fix it, they know much more than I do, and it's nice to get a fast reply from someone who knows what they are doing. Good luck, I wish I could help more.
