I'm stuck at iboot with the white apple screen...help please

I've tried ports 1+2 with same end result. What shall I try next?

Combinations tried thus far:

HDD port 1, CD Rom port 2
HDD port 2, CD Rom port 1
HDD port 1, CD Rom port 7 (SATA 6.0)
HDD port 1, CD ROM port 8 (SATA 6.0)

7,8....are the only two 6.0's on the board....just an *fyi*


I'm trying to be very detailed here to get the best help possible. Thanks so far.


EDIT*..... IT"S WORKING!!!!! ( The two SATA 6.0's worked together!!!)

Snow leopard installed and I restarted. I put the iboot cd back in. It I ran the -x -v PCIRootUID=1 flag and it booted in to SL in safe mode. How do I boot SL in normal mode as well as without the iboot cd? I stuck in Multibeast in safe mode and it showed nothing as well. I'm getting there though

Now I'm trying to install Multbeast drivers and I keep getting " The installation failed. " Any ideas?

There appears to be a DSDT for your board.

Please confirm that it is patched and matches your BIOS before using.

Go to search at top of page and search P55 GD85 there are a number posts on getting this board working. Perhaps one will point you in the correct direction.
