SLI doesn't work with OS X.
Personally I'd steer clear of rosewill, they're a newegg OEM brand that buys whatever is cheap out of China.
Clearly you didn't read my previous post, get a good quality 500-550W PSU, that's more than plenty for your system, as SLI won't work, well, that is unless you're going to be pulling out the SLI bridge every time you boot into OS X. You're better off getting a slightly faster graphics card to start with.
