Whoa. I really had always missed the two lines below the Disk Util picture in that post, assuming the entire section is only for creating a Yosemite Installer. Thanks!

You need to use a USB with the appropriate configuration for Yosemite.

Hi RehabMan,

I think there is another problem that cause unbootable osx. After installing Yosemite, now I got 3 menu on Clover screen (refer screenshot) 2 boot into Yosemite and 1 into recovery. The problem is one of the 'boot into Yosemite' will surely stuck at loading screen. Any idea why?

Thank you.

You have a lot of partitions there. As you can see from the log, Clover has provided the partition numbers and what it has found there.

I don't quite understand what do you mean by Clover provided partition number. The last 3 entry I can say can be safely ignored because it is from another partition previously installed with beta yosemite.

Partition#s are in bold.

Sorry maybe I'm not clear enough. I mean I know which entry is working. What I don't understand is how to find where the other entry come from.

FYI, I have two physical disk;
1) 128GB SSD with 2 partitions
- First partition used to be Mavericks installation which is now upgraded to Yosemite
- Second partition is now filled Yosemite GM for testing purposed

2) 1TB HDD with 3 partitions
- Home - I move all my home folder to this partition
- Download - Storage
- Media - Storage

Now when I do `diskutil list` it show me as I have 3 disk

```
/dev/disk0
#: TYPE NAME SIZE IDENTIFIER
0: GUID_partition_scheme *128.0 GB disk0
1: EFI EFI 209.7 MB disk0s1
2: Apple_CoreStorage 63.5 GB disk0s2
3: Apple_Boot Recovery HD 650.0 MB disk0s3
4: Apple_HFS Yosemite 63.0 GB disk0s4
5: Apple_Boot Recovery HD 650.0 MB disk0s5
It is because of the new Core Storage setup. If you search you can find out how to "undo" Core Storage or you could hide the entry you don't want to see.
