I have a CSR USB BT Dongle CSR8510 A 10.

Before PBI run is working and pairing my devices, after PBI a new device appears -Foxconn Bluetooth- and its impossible to use the USB dongle.

Then the foxconn driver appears, and i cant use my bluetooth dongle. Using BT patch on PBI i cant move the mouse more than 50 cms away from Probook becuase it loose connection, and when the Probook goes to sleep native BT dissapears.

Im tired of fresh and fresh installs to always get in the same place.

Can u help me?. Or maybe is there a way to unninstall the creepy Foxconn Kext?

Do you have multiple BT devices installed (eg. built-in and USB)? If so, disable/remove one of them.

Do you have BT on your WiFi card? If so, disable it by taping the pins that allow the card access to the USB bus.

Thanx Mr Rehabman, already did it.... following a post of u with an ar5b195.

Bluetooth is disabled but still can´t pair devices with my dongle as i said, is after i ran PBI. Any other idea?

No idea. I don't use BT much less a USB BT...

Why when i boot brom efi file bluetooth pair with no problem at all? I don have wifi, but bluetooth yes. And when i boot from HD i have wifi but bt cant pair??

Ok.

1.- Boot from efi file
2.- Press f4
3.- Boot from my Yos Installation
4.- Bluetooth is working


Then

1.- Boot Normally
2.- Bluetoooth appears and starts bluetooth assistaint
3.- Can´t Pair


I think is something related with USB ports, cause when it starts with genericusbxhci i can use bt, and when it use appleusbxhci bt simply not works.

Install GenericUSBXHCI.kext on your normal install to verify.
