I GAVE UP!!!
I installed 3 weeks ago 10.13.6 (based on your guides as i always do and never had any problems) :
HP ProBook 450 G3 (SkyLake) with Dell DW1560 (chipset Broadcom BCM94352Z)
CPU Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6200U CPU @ 2.30GHz
Everything Working - NO ANY problem

But 3 days ago I did fresh installation again and :
- no sound
-after replacing config.plist
******
cd ~/Projects/probook.git
cp ./config/config_4x0_G3_Skylake.plist /Volumes/EFI/EFI/Clover/config.plist
*******
I couldnt load system, PANIC, everything in zip

I am using config.plist from bootable USB what i created 3 weeks ago

PLEASE advise, if you need any info let me know.

You should NOT have SSDT.aml in ACPI/patched.
Your config.plist is wrong. Read probook guide, "Final config.plist".

Just I put config_4x0_G3_Skylake.plist to /Volumes/EFI/EFI/Clover/ and rename to config.plist it doesnt boot

You need to attach EFI/Clover that represents that attempt along with the verbose boot photo that results.

Your ACPI/patched content is wrong. (SSDT.aml should not be there).
