Or you could look for updated XML/pin configs for your audio codec (maybe look at current work/files in AppleALC).
There is nothing about my audio codec on the web (strange!)

It is Conexant CX20724.
FYI, in El Capitan I fixed this problem on the 430 G3 by switching to layout-id 5 (which has the same codec version). Speakers, headphone jack, and internal mic all work.
