Disable Radeon in BIOS if possible. Then boot with:
IGPEnabler=Y IGPlatformID=01660003 dart=0 -f -v

If it doesn't work, post quality photo of where it stops.

I'm not sure, but if I can't disable Radeon, what should I do then?

Here it stops, I waited around 5 mintues.

Must I have to install the KernelPatcher on a real MAC/Hackintosh? Or is in virtual mashine now already ok?

And with "
Use cpus=1" you mean, that I have to type on boot this?
Code:
[COLOR=#3E3E3E]IGPEnabler=Y IGPlatformID=01660003 dart=0 -f -v [/COLOR][COLOR=#3E3E3E]cpus=1[/COLOR]

I would do it on real hardware. You can't trust the USB drivers in a VM. It won't be necessary if you use cpus=1.

Yes.

I don't know. Best to deal with one problem at a time... "cross that bridge when you come to it"...

I just want to inform you, that it works with cpus=1
Right now it's installing MAC :)

ok I have successfully installed mavericks (with cpus=1).
But I have no Internet and I installed the drivers via MultiBeast

I have installed the driver via MultiBeast and restarted
