Yosemite should work. You can actually install any of Lion (10.7.5) through Yosemite (10.10.x).

but not work. i created usb-installer but my pc not support UEFI (only capable) HP have everything locked !

Then i created second usb-instaler from tutorial below,

I get to installer with cpus=1 command, but I get Stretched Install Screen !

I need DSDT patches right or can I just copy paste some file ?? What to do? I can use mac for editing!
