11-28-17 Newegg.com Has 15 more of these in stock if you missed out the first time. The difference now is that you must select Windows 10 Pro as your OS. That increases the price by $22 as they have to buy a product key from MS. If you select Windows 7 it will show as out of stock.

If you look at the lowest cost Kaby Lake I5 (7400) it sells for an average of $184 USD. You can buy one of these 8300s with an I5-3470 and 4GB of ram for about $115 total cost right now. Really an incredible value for such a highly compatible with macOS system that also runs Windows 7 or 10 Pro. Add in a GTX 1050 or 1050 Ti and you've got a superb budget gaming system in the $250 to $280 range. If you don't game and you just need a general use system add an MSI LP GT710 card you've got a Sierra /High Sierra capable system for around $150 which is about 30 dollars less than what you'll pay for the i5-7400 in a new Kaby Lake build. Here's a link to the Sierra installation guide:

You can also get it CTO with 16GB of ram and a 1TB HDD for $250. A good value considering what a 16GB ram kit costs today. Over about $140 USD. Revive IT will charge state sales tax if you live in either TN or AZ.
It's worth paying a little more for these on Newegg than buying most of the under $100 refurbs on Ebay. Those often have dents and scratches and scuffs and are full of dust. You get a product in better condition that has been fully checked out. The one year warranty is nice to have too.
