I am High Sierra for quite some time, there is a big issue for me:
I use time machine feature to back my MacOS and previously I have peace of mind because I know if something went wrong, I can just boot to "Recovery Partition" and simply select last good working TM backup and good to go like new.
However, since when I found my Recovery Partition has gone, disappeared from boot menu and I check hidden partition still find nothing, I lost my confidence since I find the truth ,anyone share same pain ? Solution?
P.S. Recovery Partition Creator 4.x is dated and not working.
diskutil apfs list :
-> Volume disk4s3 FA6sxxxxxxxxxxxxx
| ---------------------------------------------------
| APFS Volume Disk (Role): disk4s3 (Recovery)
| Name: Recovery (Case-insensitive)
| Capacity Consumed: 20480 B (20.5 KB). <---------- so nothing inside
