The interesting thing about the SSDT.aml are the adjustments of clock speed, voltage and so on. I run both cards with water cooling, so the fan speed and curve is pretty unimportant. Nevertheless, this gives me about a 10% increase in performance.

I just released that in fact I used your VegaGraphicsfixup.kext and not the Vega5Kfixup.kext linked by @apfelnico above..
Any difference between the 2 kexts? Is the latter able to also fix the Vega HDMI 4K 30 Hz issue under OSX?
Could you please once more briefly summarise the exact function of both kexts?
