And here it is... My first guess for the SMBIOS iMacPro1,1 implementation ;)

Yet unknown variable: Board Type

Sherlocks already started with the iMacPro1,1 Clover implementation based on @TheOfficialGypsy 's iMac Pro dump :headbang:
What did you have to change to get the new iMac Pro definition loading? I tried everything from that clover screenshot with no luck, all I see is a prohibited sign when trying to boot in clover :/ Could you upload your EFI folder?

EDIT: After entering the iMac Pro board ID in PlatformSupport.plist, the system proceeds to boot as normal.
Will post the /System/Library/CoreServices/PlatformSupport.plist file when I visit the Apple store tomorrow.

Are you On kgp?

@TheOfficialGypsy :

Go to System->Library->CoreServices->copy PlatformSupport.plist to your desktop

Open it with Xcode and add Mac-7BA5B2D9E42DDD94 to SupportedBoardIds.

Save the File

Now put the edited PlatformSupport.plist back to System->Library->CoreServices and reboot.

No prohibition sign anymore.
Thats exactly what I did. Works a charm :)

You should mention that this hint came from user griven (hackintoshforum.de)...

Finally... I have some free time :p

Happy New Year people!!! :D :headbang::headbang::headbang:

@kgp Yes it comes from griven but why you didn’t ether mention him on your iMac Pro SMBios Post too ???

You are too fast my friend! When implementing the entire thing in all it's detail in the originating post, I would have done it anyway. And now by correcting your post I did it anyway.

Cheers,

KGP
