How Long Have You Been Using OS X?

Introduced to os-9 back in my college newspaper days, and finally made the leap to ownership of a mac during Jaguar (10.2). Haven't looked back since other than tinkering in Linux.

Well I'm using Mac OS since version 7. Classic OS up to the last 9 version before I moved to 10.3.

System 6 orginally, thru to 9 then from Puma on

Boy, 7 and 8 were troublesome - have always partitioned every disk with a duplicate backup system ever since

so useful for trouble shooting esp. in a production environment

Apple finally caught up with the Lion Recovery Partition ; )

i still have a performa ppc with osx9 on it and it still works
but really using from tiger and up...

Since the Beta of 10.0.0. Before that I used Mac OS since 1988.

First started when I bought a G3 iBook in 2002, but to be honest it was a novelty toy that ran slow & jerkily; I still spent most of my time in OS9 for the first 6 months.

The G5 listed below was used in our house... though not by me to often. I was a little slow catching the Mac bug. ;^)
