This system is i5 3570k CPU, Gigabyte GA DS3H rev1.1 F9 Motherboard. I installed Clover but had some issues I was unable to resolve so I'm back now booting with Chimera. I've reformatted the clover EFI, but there is a "Clover" remnant in my BIOS screen under "Boot Options". It says something like "Clover Boot from EFI at MacHD". I'd like to remove that. I have searched high and low and can find no reliable suggestions.

Can someone please advise me on how to go about removing this and any other possible Clover remnant?

just reset you BIOS

download the latest bios and extract the files

pop them onto a FAT formatted USB flash drive

re-start computer and enter UEFI BIOS

select Q-Flash and first select the backup option for you current BIOS (so you can't blame me :silent: )

when done, flash the latest BIOS to your motherboard

when done select Optimised Default

put your OSX friendly settings back then save and reboot !
