I know you guys already tried disabling the integrated graphics card, but i had a similar problem which i am trying to fix currently, so check up my thread if you want to:

Had the same issue with my Nvidia 210 card. But finally I installed High Sierra with some additional kexts on the EFI/Clover/Kext/Other folder and once I installed it, did not have full graphics and no acceleration. Then I installed Nvidia web drivers and also instead of using the nvda_drv=1 flag used NvidiaWeb flag in config.plist. I think latest clover only sees the NvidiaWeb flag now. Now everything works like a charm.
