High Sierra Installation Failure

Hi - First time hackintosh and I'm running into a spot of trouble when trying to initially boot OSX from Install macOS High Sierra. I'm following the guide for UniBeast and get to step 4 which is where I run into trouble. First my screen does not show and HFS drive, just the External boot option. When I boot into it it starts to load but at about 65% I get the spinning wheel which just spins and eventually freezes. Any information i can provide to help with research?

ASUS z270-AR
Intel i7-7700k
ASUS GeForce GTX 1060 3G
Crucial M.2 - 256G
WD - 525G SSD
WD Black - 4TB x 3

When you load Clover, go to Options > add "-v" to your bootflags, then restart and boot into your boot thumb drive again.
This will give you a better picture of what error you're hitting. The freezing means it's likely hanging on an error.
