High Sierra - 660ti graphics issues?

My backup is HFS+ = glitches
My main install is on a SSD with APFS = glitches

As you can see in my signature, my old beast is running High Sierra with GTX 660 with glitches. I have an exact hardware clone of this computer (Same motherboard, same RAM modules, same PSU, same bios config and revision...)... I cannot even install High sierra on it lol (backtrace problem related to appleacpiplatform). So it remains under Sierra. This system is pain for old hardware.

If it is your daily computer : change your graphic cards or use integrated graphics if possible, keep using MacOS 10.12 or below, wait and see if Apple will solve the problem.

Maybe taking all kext and other files related to Apple's Nividia graphics from Sierra would work ?

my Nvidia gets 450 is not working too in 10.13.1, but fine in 10.12.6.

Judging from this thread and another on this forum :
https://tonymacx86.com/threads/gtx-660-glitch-issue-with-macos-high-sierra-10-13.233101/

It seems that High Sierra has serious graphics issues with at least the GTX660 and GTX660 Ti. I wonder if the GTX760 (also Kepler based) also has a similar problem with High Sierra.

GTX 760 also sucks with High Sierra, it always keep in high frequency, and lags while using Chrome or Safari. Multiple tasks have same lagging issue.

(GPU core frequency: 1.00 GHz, graphic mem frequency: 6.01GHz)

Nov 17th Update:

I found a small tool named MacGesture which I used for long time since 10.10 caused the High Frequency issue with my GTX760. So now the lagging issue had been solved after I stoped that MacGesture app.

So your GTX760 now works in High Sierra without graphics glitches now?

Yes, it works well so far almost 20 hours. No lagging and high frequency issues anymore. Also no artifacts which mentioned in this topic when watching video through youtube. Photoshop works well too, even Hearthstone which is the only game I play on macOS works well.

But I have to say there is a little bit UI acceleration performance decrease, 10 percent or 20, just a feeling. Same situation with my MacBook Pro. I saw lots of complains about 10.13 on the biggest Apple Fans forum in my place. MBP, iMac and even Mac Pro have same performance issue.

BTW, I reinstalled Nvidia web driver according to a article named "How to properly Install Nvidia Drivers on High Sierra 10.13", you could google it if you wanna read.

And here is my clover config.plist,

Now that High Sierra 10.13.2 has been released, does the problem still persist?

Interesting suggestion. Is there anyone here who is running High Sierra on APFS and who is using a GTX660 or GTX660 Ti (or cards from the same family)? If so, do you experience graphics glitches in High Sierra?
Yes, running High Sierra on APFS, with GTX 660 Ti 2GB. Updated to High Sierra 10.13.2, run "OS X default Graphics Driver" Cuda Driver Version is the latest (387.99) but in Cuda preferences is still showed "Update required" today i've made an available Update for Cuda, but nothing changed. System starts smoothly, no problems. After few minutes of using Safari or Finder Preview Window there are still Graphic bugs everywhere. Using 2 Monitors.
