Arent there any other ways? Im afraid my monitor uses vga. Are there workarounds?

VGA is not supported on Yosemite, however some members reported that they can work with VGA too, but i am not sure whether it will for everyone or not.

Anyway try to boot with -f

I already tried it but i think monitor doesnt receive any signal or sometimes it still shows missing bluetooth error. :3

The missing bluetooth is not an error, it is normal.
It is what comes next that is the problem and that is graphics.

VGA is not supported - Apple don't use it so there is no support for it in the operating system.
Some people have reported success with a DVI to VGA adaptor.

Sorry it took so long to reply, i actually went to my friends house which he has a dvi monitor i connected but i still get the same error. What cna i do?

Set Graphics Card as your Primary Video Adapter/Initial Display Port on BIOS.
Disable integrated graphics on BIOS (If possible)

Then try to boot with "PCIRootUID=1 -f"
