I formatted my USB to 1 Partiotion, Master Boot Record, and Mac Os Extended (Journaled). Is that correct/

Follow the UniBeast creation guide and make sure it's a USB 2.0 drive connected to a USB 2.0 port.

Problem was solved by changing into a 32GB USB.
