I've been looking around and I can't seem [incapable:confused: ] to to find a black and white step by step way to upgrade my machine from 10.8.0 to 10.8.2. I do have FakeSMC plugins installed and it is my understanding that there are components in this that will cause problems. Can someone please give me a step by step method to upgrade my machine without having any of these problems? Thanks!

[Note: Running GTX 650 not onboard graphics]

that oem smbios kext is inside the fake smc download the latest multibeast delete the fakesmc kext DONT RESTART and reinstall fakesmc with latest multi beast then restart

fake smc in the lates multibeast doesnt have that problem
then upgrade

Just to make clear:
1. Download and install combo update (not restarting).
2. I delete the oem smbios kext (Do I have to repair any permissions?)
3. Download new multibeast and install just the new FakeSMC
4. Restart.

Or do I have this mixed up?
