Help!! Updated Mavericks to Yosemite; strange "No Folder" icon shows up

Thanks anyway for the trying! By booting in -v I was at least able to solve the "No Folder" icon problem that I was having. I'll just roll back to Mavericks on the Yosemite volume and try the upgrade again. Hopefully it'll work this time.
